Privacy Policy

Not an Art Studio is a trade name of Arqive Solutions, a eenmanszaak (sole proprietorship) registered under KVK 97441368, based in The Hague, the Netherlands. For anything in this policy — including any request about your data — write to arqive.solutions.app@gmail.com.

Arqive Solutions is the data controller for the information described here.

Deliberately little. Because there are no accounts, we never ask you to register or hold a password. In practice, data reaches us in only three ways:

• When you buy. Our checkout is run by Lemon Squeezy (see §3), which collects the details needed to take payment and send your download — typically your name, email address, and billing country. We receive a record of the order (product, email, country) so we can deliver it and help if something goes wrong.
• When you email us. If you contact arqive.solutions.app@gmail.com, we keep the message and your address so we can reply.
• When you visit. Our host and our privacy-first analytics see standard technical data (see §4). We do not use this to identify you.

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our Merchant of Record. That means Lemon Squeezy is the reseller on the transaction: it takes your payment, handles billing and any applicable VAT, and delivers your download. Your full payment details (card numbers and the like) are handled by Lemon Squeezy and its payment processors — we never see or store them.

This site is served by Cloudflare Pages. To deliver pages and protect the site, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type in its server logs.

We measure traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and cookieless: it sets no cookies, does not fingerprint you, and builds no cross-site profile. It tells us only aggregate things like which pages are viewed and roughly where visitors come from.

The site itself sets no tracking or advertising cookies, which is why you see no cookie banner. During checkout, Lemon Squeezy may set functional cookies that are strictly necessary to process your purchase; those are governed by its policy.

Under the GDPR, we rely on:

• Performance of a contract — to take your order, deliver your download, and provide support.
• Legitimate interests — to keep the site secure and to understand traffic through minimal, privacy-first analytics.
• Legal obligation — where we must keep records, for example for tax or accounting.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with the providers that make the shop work — Lemon Squeezy(payments & delivery) and Cloudflare (hosting & analytics) — and only as needed.

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where that happens, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep order records for as long as needed to support you and to meet Dutch tax and accounting obligations (generally seven years for invoicing data). Email correspondence is kept only as long as useful to handle your query.

Under the GDPR you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or provide it in a portable form. To exercise any of these, email arqive.solutions.app@gmail.com and we will respond within the time the law allows.

You also have the right to complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Our products are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
