The editions are published by Arqive Solutions (eenmanszaak), trading as Not an Art Studio, registered under KVK 97441368, based in The Hague, the Netherlands.

Your purchase is completed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our Merchant of Record and authorised reseller. This means your contract of sale for the transaction is with Lemon Squeezy, and its buyer terms also apply alongside these.

We sell digital wallpapers — hand-painted artwork supplied as image files for use on your iPhone, Mac, iPad, and similar personal devices. They are sold individually, in themed editions (packs), and as a complete set. There are no physical goods, and nothing is shipped.

Previews on the site are watermarked and downscaled. The files you receive after purchase are the clean, full-resolution versions.

When you buy, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the wallpapers on devices you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial enjoyment. We keep all copyright and other intellectual-property rights in the artwork.

You may not:

• resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense the files, or make them available for others to download;
• use them commercially — in products, advertising, or anything offered for sale — without our written permission;
• claim authorship, or mint, register, or sell them as NFTs or other tokens.

A contract is formed when Lemon Squeezy confirms your payment. Delivery is instant and digital: you receive your download by email and/or an on-screen link immediately after purchase. If a link ever fails, email arqive.solutions.app@gmail.com and we will get your files to you.

Prices are shown on the site in the stated currency. As Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy calculates, adds, and remits any VAT or sales tax due at checkout, based on your location — so the total you confirm at checkout is the amount you pay.

Because you receive a digital download that begins immediately, the normal 14-day right of withdrawal under EU and Dutch consumer law does not apply once delivery has started. Lemon Squeezy’s checkout asks you to give express consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you thereby lose that right of withdrawal. On that basis, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for a change of mind.

This does not affect your mandatory statutory rights. If a file is faulty, corrupted, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy: contact arqive.solutions.app@gmail.com and we will repair, replace, or refund it as the law requires. Lemon Squeezy’s own refund policy may also apply to your transaction.

Please use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to reach the un-watermarked source files by any means other than a completed purchase, and do not disrupt or probe the site’s security. Downloads are provided for your personal use only.

We take care that the artwork is described accurately and displays as intended, but the files are provided “as is”for personal decorative use. Screens vary, and colours may render differently on different devices. We do not guarantee the site will always be available or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arqive Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the site or the wallpapers, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, and any dispute falls to the competent Dutch courts. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of any mandatory rules of the country you live in.

If something is wrong, please email arqive.solutions.app@gmail.com first — we would rather fix it directly. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
